What you enter in the site's forms (identity, contact details, town or project address, the content of your request) and the page you write from. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling and answering your request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, for follow-up, legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Recipients
The people in charge of handling requests within the JR group and the group company concerned by your request. Your data is never sold or passed on.
Processor
Requests are stored in HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), a customer-relationship tool, in a data centre located in the European Union. HubSpot acts on our behalf under a data-processing agreement compliant with GDPR article 28; any access from the United States is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.
Retention
Three years after our last exchange, then deletion.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and instructions regarding your data after death. To exercise them: marie.garachon@jrenergieconseil.com, or by post to the controller's address. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and without identifying visitors. A single technical cookie remembers your language choice.
