The technology

One cell, one module, one rack.

The four RelyEZ ranges are not four different products. They stack the same building blocks in boxes of different sizes. That is what decides maintenance, spare parts and how fast a system comes back into service.

  1. 01Prismatic LFP · 314 Ah

    The cell

Lithium iron phosphate, 3.2 V. RelyEZ does not make it: it comes from Hithium, and it is the same cell across all four ranges.

  2. 02RelyEZ Pack 104

    The module

104 cells in series inside a sealed, liquid-cooled enclosure. This is the unit that gets replaced: in a cabinet standing in a yard or inside a container, the procedure is identical.

  3. 03RelyEZ Rack

    The rack

Four modules and a high-voltage box, assembled and tested in the factory. The rack is the level at which capacity is added without redrawing the architecture.

    The system

Racks are lined up, then conversion, cooling, fire protection and control are added. Only here do the ranges diverge — by size and by grid connection, not by what is inside.

What it changes

One spare parts stock for the whole fleet.

A faulty module is replaced the same way in a cabinet standing in a yard and in a 5 MWh container. Spare parts serve every site, and the team on call already knows the procedure.

  • Diagnosis — The control system reports the module at fault, not just the cabinet.

  • Replacement — Same module, same connectors, same procedure across all four ranges.

  • Stock — One spare module covers every site you have equipped.

  • Growth — Adding capacity means adding racks — not changing systems.

The same building block, four sizes of box.

What remains is choosing the box. It depends on the grid connection, the space available and what you expect from the asset.
